The Friends of the Grant County Library Foundation depends on the community for members and support. Membership may be purchased for 1 year by filling out a membership form at the adult circulation desk. Members are awarded with a membership card that offers special library discounts during the year of purchased membership.

Projects: The Friends group help the library with special projects throughout the year including: Perpetual Book Sale   —Grant County Fair Booth   —Friends of Grant County Used Book Cafe

Programs: With generous donations from the Friends group, the library is able to offer t-shirts for every child, young child, and adult who complete their goal in the Summer Reading Program.  The Friends help sponsor a yearly Health and Baby Fair, numerous workshops, a reading site for beginning readers on the library’s website and many more important programs for the library community.

Teen Scholarships: The Friends offer a teen scholarship program for young adults who are in their junior or senior year of high school. This volunteer program offers a scholarship reward earned with service hours at the library. An application and information about the program is available at the library, or fill out or print an application above.
