New Beginnings Baby and Family Fair
The Grant County Library hosted ”New Beginnings” A Baby and Family Informational Fair on April 17, 2008, from 10:00am to 12:00 pm. This was a new fair for expecting families and families with babies or toddlers. The library would like to thank all of the representatives from organizations serving Grant County who serve this population with services or activities that participated. The Library also displayed materials for babies, toddlers and new parents and presented a fun Lapsit program. Everyone enjoyed snacks provided by the Friends of the Grant County Library and prizes. Thanks to Smart Start of Southwest Kansas for providing a grant to help cover the costs of the fair. Thanks also to Catlett Auto Parts for the use of their mobile sign advertising the fair.
